Michelle Hughes

Michelle Hughes is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Principal at Academies Enterprise Trust since September 2020. Previously, Michelle held the position of Deputy Principal and was instrumental in the strategic development of Suffolk One, a Sixth Form College, from May 2019 to August 2020, and served as Assistant Principal and Director of Learning at the same institution from May 2009 to March 2019. Additionally, Michelle was the Head of Further Education at Belstead School from September 1997 to April 2009. Michelle holds a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music and Theatre from Dartington College of Arts.
