Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Lift Schools since May 2020, Penny has previously held the position of Head of HR at Sunfield Children's Home and Head of Human Resources at Vocare Group. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant HRBP at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and ER Specialist at Accenture UK. Penny holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1999 and 2001.
