Sana Rafiq

Sana Rafiq is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Operations at Academies Enterprise Trust since July 2022, Sana oversees a team of approximately 70 staff members, ensuring top-notch customer service and operational efficiency across 57 academies in England. Prior to this role, Sana held various leadership positions at RM Education, including IT Ops Lead and Team Leader for NW solutions, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and supporting over 30 technologies for a diverse customer base. Additional experience includes leading application support teams and improving resource management. Sana holds a BA in Business with a focus on Business and IT from Notre Dame High.
