Gina Paradiso

Gina Paradiso currently serves as the Chief Content Officer at LIFT Sports Management, leading content marketing efforts since June 2023. Previously, Gina held agent positions focused on content marketing at Creative Artists Agency from June 2022 to June 2023 and at ICM Partners from June 2021 to June 2022, both while being a certified player agent. Gina's extensive experience at ESPN from 2007 to 2019 involved roles as a Talent Strategist, NBA Booker, and Talent Manager, overseeing NBA talent across multiple platforms and managing various high-profile projects, including THE ESPYS. Additionally, Gina worked as a freelance brand and reputation management consultant from 2014 to 2016, building partnerships and providing talent booking services for events. Gina holds a B.A. in Mass Communication with a focus on Media Studies from Menlo College.
