Jeff Jones

Jeff Jones is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving at Lift Technologies, Inc. since September 2017, Jeff previously held the same title at Nifco ktw America corporation from September 2016 to October 2017. Prior to that, Jeff spent over two decades at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the integration of the Precision Seals business and enhancing shop floor safety and production efficiency. Jeff has applied Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, leading continuous improvement initiatives and workforce training. Jeff’s career also encompasses military service in the US Army as a Specialist E-4, demonstrating leadership and technical skills. Academic credentials include a high school diploma from Swain County High School.
