Troy Woods is currently serving as the Boat/ATV, UTV Department Sales Manager at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's Boating Center since May 2024, responsible for supervising sales, finance, service, parts, inventory control, pricing, staff enhancements, staff selection and development, and customer service activities. Prior to this role, Troy Woods accumulated extensive experience in the automotive industry at Hendrick Automotive Group - Honda Cars of Mckinney, where tenure included seven years as New Car Sales Director and five years as Pre-Owned Sales Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and sales management skills.
