Sean Najieb

Sean Najieb has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 2002 to 2007, they were the Founder and Owner of Get More Solutions, Inc., a full-service print, design, marketing, and corporate branding business with profits of $250K+. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Business Banking Officer at U.S. Bank, the fifth largest bank in the US with $467B in assets. During this time, they coordinated cross-selling to corporate clients and achieved deposits of $5.9M in April 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Financial Analyst at World Business Lenders, LLC, a direct lender specializing in real estate secured business loans and capital support with $28M+ in revenue. During this time, they created alternative debt partnership verticals that increased revenue by $2.8M. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Business Development at LiftForward, providing corporations with payment solutions that power subscription services, membership programs, and Hardware as a Service. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been a Personal/Business Banking Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a private banking services company with $109B in revenue. During this time, they have engaged new and existing clientele to deepen customer experience through dialogue and client acquisition by utilizing banking products and strategic partnerships.

Sean Najieb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Communications from Concordia University-Portland, which they obtained in 1999. Sean is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University, which they expect to complete in 2021.
