Shane Fleck

Shane Fleck has extensive experience in the artificial lift products industry, holding significant positions such as Vice President at Lifting Solutions from October 2014 to March 2018, where responsibilities included reducing production losses and operating costs for clients. Previously, Shane worked at Weatherford in various roles, including Service Line Director and Global Service Line Manager for COROD Continuous Rod & Well Services, and was involved in global operations, personnel management, and safety culture initiatives. Shane's career also features hands-on technical roles, including Field Supervisor and Heavy Equipment Technician, with a strong background in fleet maintenance and project management, supported by educational credentials in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technology and Project Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. Most recently, Shane served as General Manager in Oman for Lifting Solutions from January 2023 to August 2024.
