Tammy Shih has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tammy began their career at KIPP Bay Area Schools in 2012 as a UC Davis KIPP Through College Coordinator. Tammy then interned at TMA Architects and Pandora in 2014 and 2015 respectively, gaining valuable design experience. In 2016, they joined Pandora as a Visual Designer, where they played a pivotal role in creating and designing Custom Rich Media ad products, attracting high-spend clients. Tammy also led the development of generalized templates to enhance design consistency and user experience. In 2018, Tammy joined Liftoff Mobile, starting as a Creative Strategist before being promoted to Senior Creative Strategist and eventually Creative Team Lead in October 2021. Tammy'sresponsibilities at Liftoff Mobile include developing creative strategies, leading the creative team, and maintaining a high level of creative freedom. Prior to that, they worked at UC Davis Graduate School of Management from 2014 to 2016, contributing to various marketing and communications initiatives, such as designing program brochures, maintaining the school's website, and analyzing social media analytics.
