Mads Kelter

Mads Kelter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the wind power industry. Mads is currently working as the Business Development Director at Liftra since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Siemens Gamesa and Siemens Wind Power, primarily focusing on process engineering and project management. Mads has also worked as an Operations Manager and a Strategic Lean Manager. Additionally, they have experience in Toyota Production System coordination at Storke Vinduer A/S.

Mads Kelter began their education at Aalborg University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Management from 2000 to 2005.
