Federica Nieddu has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles.

Federica began their career in 2007 as an Analyst at AADV Entertainment. Federica then worked as a Junior Product Manager at Vodafone IT from 2008 to 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Federica worked as a Key Account Manager at Arvato Mobile Italy.

In 2011, they joined Atrapalo.com as a Sales and Account Manager for the Italian Market, focusing on activities.

From 2013 to 2015, Federica worked at Trovit, where they initially served as an Associate Country Manager for the Italian Market and later became the Country Manager for the same market. In these roles, they were responsible for acquiring new clients, managing partnerships, and optimizing PPC campaigns. Federica also played a key role in defining sales flow processes and pitches.

Their time at Trovit also included positions as a Sales Marketing Manager and Sales Operation Manager. In these roles, they analyzed team KPIs, created reports for defining business strategies, generated insights through market research, and delivered content to sales reps for advancing the selling process. Since 2019, Federica has been working at LIFULL Connect. Federica started as the Head of Sales for North Europe and North America, and then transitioned to their current role as the Head of Sales Growth Markets (APAC & North Europe) and Sales Trainer. LIFULL Connect is a global aggregation player in various sectors, and Federica's responsibilities include connecting people with solutions, improving the purchase process, and training sales teams.
