Naomi Lim

Naomi Lim currently serves as the National Human Resources & Marketing Manager at Ligeti Partners, a role held since November 2022, after progressing through various HR positions within the company. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Nexia Melbourne from January 2022 to November 2022, and prior roles at Healthscope as a Disability Support Worker and at The Big Group as Wait Staff. Naomi Lim holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University, a Post Graduate Honours Degree in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor of Psychology specializing in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from Swinburne University of Technology. The educational journey commenced at Korowa Anglican Girls' School with VCE studies.
