Kalpana Palleda's work experience began in 1995 when they worked as a Faculty member at First Computers. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Software Engineer at ecommUSA.com. Following that, they joined Covad Communications as a QA Lead from 2001 to 2010. Starting in 2010, Kalpana worked at MegaPath as a Sr. Software Quality Engineer until 2014. Kalpana then joined Global Capacity as a Sr. Software Dev Engineer from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they became a Technology Analyst at Infosys, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Kalpana is a Sr. Software Engineer in Test at Light, a position they have held since 2019.
Kalpana Palleda holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vijaynagara Engineering College, Bellary. Along with their formal education, they have also acquired additional certifications in various fields such as Programming Foundations: Secure Coding, Creative Thinking, and Managing for Results, from LinkedIn. The certifications were obtained in 2020 and 2021.
