Karolina Maleckaitė-Mačiulė, PhD, currently serves as a Project Manager at Light Conversion, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher at the Center for Physical Sciences and Technology (FTMC) from September 2023 to November 2024, and earlier positions there as a Public Relations and Communications Specialist and Junior Researcher from October 2019 to November 2023. Karolina also worked as an Engineer at the Institute of Photonics and Nanotechnology, Vilnius University, from March 2016 to June 2019, including a role in the Organic Optoelectronics Laboratory. Academic qualifications encompass a Doctor of Physics degree in Molecular Compound Physics from FTMC, a Master of Technology in Materials and Technology of Optoelectronics from Vilnius University, and an Erasmus Master of Science in Organic and Molecular Electronics from Technische Universität Dresden.
