David Gershaw

David Gershaw has held various roles in the lighting industry since 2000. David began their career as President/Owner of AngeliBright.com, a business they founded as a high school student. In 2007, they joined OSRAM SYLVANIA as an R&D Engineer in the Advanced Solid State Lighting Laboratory, where they were responsible for concepts and processes that led to numerous intellectual property and successfully marketed products. In 2008, they became President of RemPhos Technologies LLC, a solutions-oriented design and manufacturing firm for the lighting industry. In 2018, they co-founded GAMA Therapeutics, a research and development startup with an amazing portfolio of IP focused on light-based technologies for unique medical applications. In 2021, they became Chief Innovation Officer at breezEV.

David Gershaw completed their B.S. in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing from the University of Connecticut in 2009. Prior to that, they attended St. John's Preparatory High School from 2001 to 2005.
