Joseph (Joe) DeAngelis

Joseph (Joe) DeAngelis has worked in the technology industry since 1994. Joseph (Joe) began their career at Motorola/Freescale/NXP, where they served as the Director of Sales North America. In this role, they were responsible for $150M in annual revenue and led Sales, Engineering and Marketing Teams. Joseph (Joe) then moved to Samsung Electronics, where they served as the Director of Global Sales and was responsible for a 30+ person global sales team selling mobile displays, memory, media processors, hard disk drives and camera image sensors. In 2007, Joe joined SPX Corporation HVAC as the COO and VP of Sales and Marketing, with direct P&L responsibility for a >$80M highly profitable company with US and China manufacturing. Joseph (Joe) then moved to Lunera Lighting, Smart Building in 2009, where they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Finally, Joe joined Light Efficient Design as the Vice President of Business Development in 2019.

Joseph (Joe) DeAngelis obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
