Paul Nalo is an experienced professional specializing in career guidance and youth engagement. Currently serving as a Columnist at Nation Media Group since May 2023, Paul authors the ‘Career Guide’ segment, focusing on real-life experiences and essential contemporary skills for high school students. As a Career Counselor at Light Group of Schools since January 2022, responsibilities include conducting psychometric tests, assisting with higher education placements, training students for standardized tests, and organizing career preparedness activities. Paul previously served as a Youth Advisor for the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from August 2019 to July 2022, where involvement included designing programs, expressing youth insights, and nurturing connections within the youth community. Additionally, Paul held a mentorship role at Light Group of Schools from October 2017 to June 2021. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Multimedia University of Kenya.
