Matthew Postema

Matthew Postema has a strong background in various roles within the manufacturing industry, starting from a Production Supervisor where Matthew focused on process control and optimization, to a Planner/Purchaser/Production Scheduler where Matthew revamped processes and improved efficiency. Matthew then moved on to hold the title of Systems Manager and ultimately transitioned to becoming a Plant Manager at Light Metals Corporation. Throughout their career, Matthew has shown expertise in reducing errors, developing reports and applications, creating electronic production schedules, and improving manufacturing operations.
