Aviral Saini

Aviral Saini began their work experience in 2004 as an Associate at Sapient Corporation. Aviral then co-founded Light Microfinance Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 and served as the CFO. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Strategy Consultant at IBM and as a Volunteer at Samhita Social Ventures Pvt Ltd.

Aviral Saini pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from the year 2000 to 2004. Later, in the year 2007 to 2008, they attended the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Finance, Strategy, Business Consulting, and Entrepreneurship.
