Tikam Vanot is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Light since August 2022, specializing in managing onboarding processes and ensuring smooth transitions of roles. Previously, Tikam served as a Customer Relations Manager at Samriddhi Finance, where exceptional customer service and relationship-building were key focuses. Prior experience includes the role of Audit Officer at Kamal Fincap Pvt. Ltd., providing evaluations of financial and operational activities, and working as an Advisor at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd., where client needs were assessed to offer suitable risk management solutions. Tikam is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering at Vivekananda Institute of Technology, Jaipur, since August 2014.
