Doug Smith

Doug Smith serves as the Assistant Executive Director at Light of Life Rescue Mission, where responsibilities include leading the leadership team across various departments, executing the strategic plan, and building relationships with major donors and organizations to secure funding. Additionally, Doug is the Founder and President of L3 Leadership, where initiatives include the L3 Leadership Podcast, the L3 One Day Conference, and the facilitation of Mastermind Groups and Membership programs. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Robert Morris University, earned between 2004 and 2008, and a High School Diploma from North Allegheny, completed in 2003.
