Eric Holtzclaw is an experienced IT management professional with a strong focus in information security and compliance. Currently a member of InfraGard and the Information Security Leadership Foundation, as well as serving as an advisor for Hermes Network, Eric leads security initiatives and consulting efforts at Improving, where responsibilities include operationalizing security measures and overseeing compliance processes. With extensive experience as an Information Security Consultant at Black Cat Designs, Eric has proficiency in security assessments, automation, and integration of various security technologies. Previous roles include CIO at Grasshopper Kiosks and Senior Security Engineer at Valimail Inc, where Eric managed compliance and security budget strategies. Eric holds a BS Degree in IT Management from the University of Phoenix.
