Kim Davis has an extensive background in dental practice management, including experience as an Office Manager at Hutchison and Gorman, LLC for over 30 years. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Credentialing and Payor Operations at Lightwave Dental, Kim oversees the credentialing of providers and ensures compliance with regulations. As a Regional Director of Operations, Kim manages multiple dental practices, works on increasing productivity and financial updates for doctors. In the role of Regional Manager, Kim develops the skills of office managers, implements systems for productivity, and improves KPI's for increased production and collection.
