M. Michelle Kosier, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. M. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and Payor Operations at Lightwave Dental, the leading Dental Leadership Organization in the nation. In this role, they prioritize clinical autonomy and compassionate care while providing strategic guidance and support.

Before joining Lightwave Dental, Kosier served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Pure Dental Brands, a Dental Service Organization (DSO) offering operational support to various dental practices. M. Michelle played a pivotal role in the company's growth and oversaw revenue cycle optimization.

Kosier also held the position of Senior Director of Revenue Integrity at Tampa General Hospital, where they successfully managed the revenue cycle and integrity management functions for Tampa General Medical Group. Their expertise in process improvement initiatives, compliance, and reduction of claim denials greatly benefited the organization.

As the Executive Director of the Florida Hospital Physician Group within the Florida Hospital West Florida Region, Kosier demonstrated strategic leadership and led various departments, including Network Development, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Business Development.

Prior to their work in the healthcare industry, Kosier launched their own healthcare consulting firm specializing in organizational turnarounds. M. Michelle provided advisory services to hospitals, physicians, and management service organizations, helping them navigate business challenges and achieve operational excellence.

Kosier also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Women's Care Florida, a premier leader in women's healthcare. During their tenure, they developed business development strategies, expanded the organization's services, and created a sustainable infrastructure for continuous growth.

Their earlier experience includes Vice President of Physician Practice Development at Lenox Hill Hospital and Associate Vice President of Network Development and Operations at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital. In both roles, they implemented growth strategies that increased market shares and established strong affiliations with other medical centers.

Kosier began their career at Cigna as the Assistant Director of Physician Recruitment and Practice Development. M. Michelle played a key role in national residency recruitment initiatives, managing market responsibilities across multiple states.
