Mike Mauceri

Mike joined Lightbank in April 2012. Mike’s responsibilities include portfolio company reporting and valuation, limited partner reporting and communications, cash management, and management of Lightbank’s financial operations. Additionally, Mike has been involved in the financial due diligence efforts on many of Lightbank’s investments. Mike also works closely with the firm’s audit, tax and legal advisers. Previously, Mike served as controller at MediaOcean and Accounting Manager at Innerworkings. He holds a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and is a CPA.
