Hollie Lambert

Hollie Lambert is an experienced HR and Development Manager at LIGHTBLUE since June 2019, contributing to a human-first, technology-empowered creative experience agency. Previously, Hollie served as Talent Manager at Nottingham Business School, where responsibilities included engaging with prospective students and supporting new HR students as Lead Student Mentor. Additional roles include Social and Wellbeing Secretary for the Nottingham Trent Netball Committee, Team Leader for National Citizen Service Trust, and various leadership positions at Steyning Grammar School, including Head of the Media and Marketing Committee and Head of the Sports Committee. Hollie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with Human Resources from Nottingham Business School, having previously completed A Levels in Business Studies, Sociology, and Travel and Tourism.
