Adam O'Grady

Adam O'Grady has a broad range of work experience spanning various management roles in the manufacturing industry. Adam started their career in 2003 as a Chemical Engineer and went on to become an Engineering Supervisor, overseeing maintenance and engineering projects. Adam then took on roles as a Project Engineer and Production Manager, responsible for processing Industrial Diamond products.

In 2012, Adam became the General Manager for the Suzhou location in China, where they managed site and production operations with a large team of employees. Adam later became the General Manager for Element Six's Technologies division, overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple facilities.

Adam was also involved in special projects, including leading restructuring initiatives, building project teams, and managing large budgets. As the Head of Special Projects, they spearheaded the construction of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and conducted site analysis and selection.

Currently, Adam O'Grady is working as the Chief Operations Officer at Lightbox Jewelry, a role they took on in 2023.

Adam O'Grady holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin. The year of their enrollment and completion of the degree program is not provided.
