Karen Colburn

Karen Colburn has worked in various financial planning and analysis roles throughout their career. Karen began their career as a Financial Analyst at PVH in 2012 before moving to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2014. At Estée Lauder, they worked as a Financial Analyst, then as a Senior Financial Analyst, and finally as a Finance Manager. In 2018, Karen joined HIGH RIDGE BRANDS as a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and then was promoted to Director of Sales Finance. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at LightBox in 2020 and has now become the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Karen Colburn has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University. Karen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Fairfield University. Additionally, Karen pursued studies in Management, Geography, and International Relations at Royal Holloway, University of London.
