Eduardo Medina has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Eduardo started their career in 2012 with Cadence Design Systems as a Validation and Verification Emulator Technician, where they performed electrical acceptance testing and troubleshooting. In 2014, they joined SAIC as an Engineering Technician II.
From 2016 to 2018, Eduardo worked at Maxar Technologies, starting as an Electrical Technician and supporting satellite rocket launches. Eduardo then progressed to the role of Flight Engineer, where they monitored satellite subsystems and network communication. In 2018, they became a Flight Director, responsible for mission control center equipment preparations and flight team scheduling. Finally, in 2019, they took on the role of Power/Thermal Operations Engineer, analyzing satellite power budgets and authoring procedures.
Eduardo's most recent experience is with LTA Research, where they are currently an Electrical Test Engineer. Eduardo'sresponsibilities include designing and developing test environments, running test campaigns, and analyzing test data for the LTA flight control system.
Eduardo Medina completed a course in Additive Manufacturing at Virginia Tech in 2015. Prior to that, they attended DeVry University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
