Kanishk Varun

Kanishk Varun is a Mechanical Engineer II specializing in materials and testing at LTA Research since February 2023, with prior experience as a Mechanical Test Engineering Intern. Kanishk served as Aerodynamics Lead for Spartan Racing at San Jose State University, managing a team to develop aero packages and enhancing vehicle stability through simulations in MATLAB and Python. Kanishk's background includes positions as an Instructional Student Assistant at San Jose State University, Technical Service Engineer at SRK E-VENTURES, R&D and Design Intern at Max AeroSpace & Aviation Pvt Ltd, Design Engineering Intern at Go Solar Solutions, Operations intern at Mahindra Group, and Maintenance Engineer intern at Jet Airways. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at San José State University, Kanishk also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace from Amity University Mumbai.
