Claudio Durigan

Claudio Durigan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the cable and materials sector. Serving as Cable and Materials R&D Manager and Head of Cable and Materials R&D at Lightera from September 2017 to April 2025, Claudio oversaw comprehensive R&D activities for Copper, Fiber Optic, and OPGW cables, leading cross-functional teams to enhance performance and quality. Prior to this, Claudio held the position of Cable Development Engineer Team Lead, focusing on Copper and Fiber Optic cable products, and contributed to process optimization and quality management in the role of Process Engineer at OFS.
