Hans Damsgaard

Hans Damsgaard is an experienced professional in the field of specialty photonics marketing and sales, currently serving as VP at Lightera since April 2025 and previously holding the same title at OFS from October 2018 to March 2025. Damsgaard's extensive career includes significant roles such as Managing Director at OFS Fitel Denmark from 2007 to 2018, and Executive Vice President at Lucent Technologies Denmark from 2000 to 2007, where oversight of specialty fiber operations was a key responsibility.
