Lisa Peltier

Lisa Peltier currently serves as the Senior Director of North America/Specialty Solutions and Global Human Resources at Lightera, a role held since March 2025. Prior to this position, Lisa was the Senior Director of Human Resources at OFS from October 2024 to March 2025, contributing to a leading innovator in communication infrastructure solutions. Between October 2016 and September 2024, Lisa held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at OmniMax International, LLC, where strategic direction was provided for HR operations overseeing a team and managing various corporate HR functions. Lisa co-founded and invested in Lidi Enterprises, LLC, an omnichannel fashion boutique, from 2012 to 2023. Previous experience includes significant HR roles at The Home Depot and G&K Services, as well as leadership in FedEx Kinko's HR operations across the Midwest. Lisa holds a BA in Organizational Design/Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan.
