Bill Kurtz

Bill Kurtz possesses extensive experience in leadership and finance across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Verint, as well as holding significant positions on the Board of Directors for Sportradar, LightForce, and Ripcord, Bill also offers strategic advisory services at Dexterity Inc. and has been instrumental as Chairman of the Board for Aterian. Previous roles include a tenure as Chief Financial and Commercial Officer at Bloom Energy and CFO at Novellus Systems, alongside academic achievements with a Master’s from Stanford University and a BS in Accounting from Rider University. Bill has also contributed to Rider University as a member of the Board of Trustees, demonstrating a commitment to higher education and governance.
