Tom Muscolo

Tom Muscolo is an accomplished senior director of product management with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing technology and strategic operational roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at LightForce since January 2024, Tom is instrumental in building the manufacturing technology stack for custom 3D printed orthodontic tools. Prior to this, Tom held senior leadership positions at Markforged, where leadership spanned hardware, software, and materials, and at Cognex Corporation, focusing on machine vision. Additional roles include Director of Autonomous Guided Vehicles at Eckhart, Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group advising Fortune 100 clients, and Mechanical Engineer at L3 Technologies. Tom holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
