Brett Jones

Brett Jones is the CEO and co-founder of Lightform, a hardware startup based in San Francisco. Brett has experience in full lifecycle product design and go-to-market strategy, and has invented, shipped, and sustained three new hardware/software products. In addition to their work at Lightform, Brett has also managed a product/design team and written initial PRDs. Brett is responsible for the company's website design and backend, as well as press and marketing efforts. Brett has raised $18M for Lightform from investors such as Lux Capital, Dolby Family Ventures, Seven Seas Partners, Baidu Ventures, Amazon Alexa Fund, and more.

Brett Jones completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Brett then went on to complete a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science at the same school.
