Dr. Pooja Rupani

Dr. Pooja Rupani, PsyD, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Lightfully Behavioral Health since October 2023. Previously, from October 2016 to January 2024, Dr. Rupani held multiple leadership roles at Portia Bell Hume Behavioral Health and Training Center, including Director of Clinical Programs and Clinical Director, where responsibilities encompassed advisory roles, community representation, and program management. With a strong background in clinical services, Dr. Rupani has also held significant positions such as Step 3 Lead and Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. Dr. Rupani's extensive experience in providing therapy, managing teams, and engaging in program development is supported by advanced education in Counselling Psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University and additional qualifications from Fergusson College and Savitribai Phule Pune University.
