Julia Baird

Julia Baird, Psy.D., currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for Lightfully Behavioral Health's virtual intensive outpatient program, a position held since August 2023. With extensive experience as a licensed clinical psychologist since July 2020 at Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Julia provides clinical services in the Eating Disorder Medical Stabilization Unit while managing a diverse caseload. Julia has operated a private psychotherapy practice since March 2015, focusing on adult therapy for issues such as depression, substance abuse, and anxiety. Prior roles include Clinical Director at Clementine Adolescent Treatment Programs, where Julia oversaw an adolescent residential treatment center, and Registered Psychological Assistant at Schneider Psychology Group Inc., providing therapy and collaborating with treatment teams. Academic achievements include a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California.
