Rebecca Baker

Rebecca Baker, LPC, SEP, CEDS-S, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Compliance & Development at Lightfully Behavioral Health, a position held since November 2021, where strategic development for new initiatives and acquisitions is a primary focus. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at Alsana, including Senior Regional Executive Director, where successful strategic planning increased client capacity significantly. As a founding past president of the St. Louis chapter of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, Rebecca has been instrumental in fostering collaboration within the eating disorder treatment community. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counseling and Family Therapy from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rebecca has extensive experience in both clinical and administrative settings, demonstrating a strong commitment to the advancement of eating disorder treatment and care.
