Stefan-Tudor Ilie

Stefan-Tudor Ilie PhD is an experienced professional currently serving as Product, Commercial and Partnerships at LightHearted AI since January 2025. Prior to this, Stefan-Tudor co-founded and held the position of CTO at POM Health from January 2024 to January 2025 and worked as a Hardware Consultant at O-Net Photonics (UK) Ltd. from August 2023 to January 2024. Additional roles include Founder in Residence at both Antler and Entrepreneur First in 2023, and Enterprise Fellow and Silicon Photonics Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Southampton from September 2018 to April 2023. Stefan-Tudor also contributed as an ICURe Entrepreneurial Lead for Innovate UK, held the role of Reliability and FA Engineer at Huawei Technologies Research & Development (UK) Ltd. from March 2022 to February 2023, worked as a Visiting Research Student at Extreme Light Infrastructure - Nuclear Physics Center in 2018, and served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Southampton from September 2017 to June 2018.
