Alex Varona

Alex Varona is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in revenue management and account management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Account Director at Lighthouse since September 2019, Alex has held various roles including Senior Strategic Account Manager and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to Lighthouse, Alex worked at Jumeirah Group as a Revenue Manager and at Hotel Café Royal where responsibilities included revenue management and supervising a team. Experience spans back to roles at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Grupo Hotusa, and Hoteles Hesperia, showcasing a strong foundation in guest relations, events management, and operational support. Alex holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management from Les Roches Marbella International School and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the National University of Distance Studies in Spain.
