Alexandra Trusca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, sales strategy, and early childhood development. Currently serving as Owner & Lead Class Facilitator at Wow World Group, Alexandra leads the Baby Sensory program, an award-winning initiative designed to enhance early development through sensory learning experiences. In a concurrent role as Solutions Lead at Lighthouse, Alexandra executes commercial action plans for new product launches and collaborates with local business development teams to drive performance. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Agoda, where Alexandra held various leadership positions, enhancing operational efficiency and managing key accounts across Europe, alongside early roles supporting customer relations and sales. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Tourism from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Economic Science from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
