Gregory Peppel has a diverse work experience starting from 2007 to the present. Gregory began their career as a Management Intern at Restaurant Associates in 2007. From there, they joined Avero in 2008 and held various roles such as Food and Beverage Analyst, Product Manager, Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Director of Product, and finally, Vice President of Product. In these positions, they contributed to bringing innovative product ideas to life, solving problems for Food and Beverage operators using data analysis, and developing market strategies and pricing for new software products. Their latest role is as the Head of BI Product at Lighthouse since 2022.
