Lovely VB is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Team Lead for Talent Acquisition EMEA and APAC at Lighthouse since December 2023, following a tenure as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the same regions. With a strong freelance background as an International Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Lovely Recruiter from September 2012 to December 2023, Lovely VB has successfully spearheaded recruitment projects across international markets, managed mass hiring initiatives, and executed executive recruitment for multinational corporations.
