Stijn Soetaert

Stijn Soetaert has worked as the Chairman of Dodgeball Belgium VZW since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lighthouse from January 2023 as the Team Lead and Senior Data Engineer, and before that as a Senior Data Engineer from March 2022. Stijn started their career at Lighthouse as a Data Engineer in September 2018. Additionally, Stijn Soetaert has also held the position of Chairman at Dodgeball Belgium from September 2022 until January 2024.

Stijn Soetaert holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science Engineering from Ghent University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Informatica from the same institution from 2013 to 2016. Stijn also completed their secondary education at Lyceum Ieper from 2007 to 2013, specializing in the field of Wetenschappen-Wiskunde (6u). Additionally, they have a certification as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universiteit Gent.
