We’ve created a space where therapists feel supported, and the lines of communication are always open. This is the best way for us to help children on the autism spectrum.

We’re a growing team of hundreds of BCBA therapists, intake coordinators and paraprofessionals dedicated to helping families with children on the autism spectrum reach their potential. We provide evidence-based ABA therapy to hundreds of clients in NYC – on site, at home, in school and on telehealth.

We're owned by two BCBAs with combined decades of experience. Everyone on our team is deeply invested in the quality of our services.

We do this by assigning an intake coordinator, case manager and behavior technician for every client. Our teamwork allows us to expedite services for our families, as well as provide support for our staff.

HOW IT WORKS:
For every client, we assign a clinical director, a BCBA and paraprofessionals. This gives our team members the ability to collaborate and feel supported. We match team members with cases that suit their interests and skills.

READY TO WORK WITH US?
We offer FT/PT/Per diem positions in person and remote. Must be licensed in New York. Benefits include medical and 401K available to eligible employees.
