Bcba Cassi Cook

Cassi Cook, MA BCBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Cassi started working at Lighthouse Autism Center in 2015 as an Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist, where they provided one-on-one therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Cassi followed individualized plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and applied principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. From 2016 to 2018, Cassi worked at Bierman ABA as a Behavior Analyst. Cassi'sresponsibilities included working with children with ASD, implementing individualized plans, and using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2019, they returned to Lighthouse Autism Center as a Program Manager and transitioned to the role of Senior Program Manager in 2020. In 2021, they became the Clinical Director at the same center, overseeing clinical operations. Since 2022, they have been working as a BCBA Recruiter at Lighthouse Autism Center, responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified BCBAs. Cassi Cook has demonstrated a strong commitment to working with children with ASD and has progressively advanced within the field of ABA.

Cassi Cook, MA BCBA, completed their education with a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from the same university, graduating in 2015.
