Junior Program Manager at Lighthouse Autism Center

Mary Walling has a diverse range of work experiences. Mary began their career as a Swim Coach at Donner Swim Club in 2015 and then became a Swim Instructor at Columbus North High School in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Intern at Boys and Girls Club of Franklin, Indiana, and also as a Nike Athlete at Nike. Mary continued their internships in 2018, working as a Summer Intern at Boys and Girls Club of Franklin, IN, and as an Assistant Coach at Indian Creek Middle School. In 2019, Mary worked at EXPRESS as an Associate and later became a Retail Sales Manager. Mary then joined Lifeline Youth & Family Services in 2020 as a Family Consultant. Currently, Mary is working at Lighthouse Autism Center, where they started as a Registered Behavioral Technician in 2021, progressed to a Clinical Apprentice in 2023, and is now a Junior Program Manager.

Mary Walling attended Columbus North High School from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Core 40 Diploma. Following high school, they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science at IUPUC from 2015 to 2016. Mary then transferred to Franklin College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from 2016 to 2020. In January 2019, they obtained certifications in CPR from the Red Cross and Non-Athlete Coach Membership from USA Swimming.
