Mark Phelps

Mark Phelps serves as the Coordinator of Employee Health and Wellness at Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers since August 2022. Previously, Phelps worked as a Health Equity Specialist at the Oklahoma State Department of Health from October 2017 to August 2022, focusing on promoting health and addressing health disparities across southern Oklahoma through data collection and community investigation. Phelps also has experience as a Wellness Coordinator, developing employee wellness programs in government administration. Earlier career experience includes management at Hibbett Sports, overseeing budgets, scheduling, and team leadership from August 2011 to October 2017. Mark Phelps holds a Master of Education in Sports Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from East Central University.
