Ketaki Narkar

Ketaki Narkar possesses extensive experience in skill development and program management, currently serving as the National Head of Skilling at Lighthouse Communities Foundation since May 2020. Prior roles include Skilling Manager for Maharashtra, Assistant Project Manager for Skills Development at SARTHI, and various positions focused on grants writing and skills development initiatives across multiple organizations. Noteworthy contributions include designing comprehensive skill development programs, managing collaborations with training providers, and successfully enhancing youth employability. Ketaki holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth.
